Returns

Products purchased on the Machine Learning Maverick website shop, that are deemed eligible for a refund, can be returned up to 45 calendar days from the date you purchased it. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not process your return for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Refunds

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refunds and are non-exchangeable. Store credit and product exchanges for eligible items are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Tectrasig LLC will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (excluding the initial shipping cost of your order) to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Please allow 4-8 weeks for your return to be processed after we have received your product. Shipping charges are not refundable.

You will receive your refund credit depending on your card issuer’s processing times and policies.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Shipping

We recommend selecting an insured and trackable shipping method when you return the eligible item(s) to us by mail. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Please keep the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us that does not meet our return and refund policy requirements, we may have to send it back to you. All items will be inspected on return.

Web Design

Web design projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payments and deposits for custom design projects (i.e., custom logo designs, branding projects, full website designs and smaller design components within a website, etc.) that are cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client, will be retained by Tectrasig LLC and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. All projects that are completed as defined as the scope of the work are non-refundable.

Web Development

Web development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payments and deposits for custom development projects (i.e., mobile app development, WordPress website development, custom html website development, etc.) that are cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client, will be retained by Tectrasig LLC and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. All projects that are completed as defined as the scope of the work are non-refundable.

Our Web Design Consultation fee is non-refundable.

Chargebacks

We will ask the client for credit card payment info so that we can charge the client’s card for services provided or we will send an invoice so that you can pay via (i.e., check, money order, etc.). Claiming that you didn’t provide your card info or that you are not aware of such charges is illegal and fraudulent.

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

Tectrasig LLC reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
